What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that this website stores in your browser to remember you: your session, the choices you made in the cookie panel. Here we also describe what we keep in your browser's storage, which works in a similar way.
What runs from the moment you arrive and what waits for your permission
- From the moment you arrive: the strictly necessary cookies, our own measurement (Artisma Analytica), and the Google map on the home page.
- Only with your permission: advertising from Google Ads and Meta. Not installed today.
- Nothing beyond the necessary if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, as long as you have not saved a different choice in the panel.
How to change your preferences
Open the panel from the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page or with this button. Turn each category on or off and save: the change applies immediately, without reloading the page.
You can also clear cookies from your browser settings. If you do, the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These keep the page working: they remember the choices you made in this panel so you are not asked again on every page. They cannot be turned off because the page does not work properly without them. Example: the cookie that stores your cookie choice.
| Name | Provider / Domain | Expiration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
acerlo-consent | ACERLO acerlo.com.mx | Until you clear your browser | Stores which categories you allowed. It contains only your choice, with no personal data. |
acerlo-consent-seen-v2 | ACERLO acerlo.com.mx | Until you clear your browser | Records that you have already seen this notice so it is not shown on every page. |
acerlo-calc | ACERLO acerlo.com.mx | Until you close the tab | Stores your latest savings calculator result so it can be written into the quote form. It is only created if you use the calculator and is deleted when you close the tab. |
__aw_s_* | Artisma acerlo.com.mx | Until you clear your browser | A random key for your conversation with the virtual assistant, so it is not lost when you change pages. It is only created if you open the chat and does not contain your name or email. |
Performance Cookies
These show how the page is used: which sections are visited, for how long, and from which device. The figures are aggregated and cannot identify you. They are collected by Artisma Analytica, the measurement tool of Artisma, the agency that operates this page; the data stays with us and is not used for advertising. It starts on and you can turn it off here at any time. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured. Example: knowing whether visitors to the pallets page go on to request a quote.
| Name | Provider / Domain | Expiration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
_aa_v | Artisma Analytica acerlo.com.mx | 1 year | An anonymous browser identifier so you are not counted twice. It does not contain your name or email. |
_aa_s | Artisma Analytica acerlo.com.mx | 24 hours | Groups the pages you view into a single visit. It ends after 24 hours or after 30 minutes of inactivity. |
_aa_optout | Artisma Analytica acerlo.com.mx | 1 year | Records that you asked not to be measured, so the request is honored on future visits. |
_aa_t_* | Artisma Analytica acerlo.com.mx | Until you close the tab | Records that you started filling out the form during this visit, so it is counted only once. It does not store what you type. |
Preference Cookies
These remember your activity on the page to show you relevant ads here and on other websites. They would be set by platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). No campaigns are currently running, so none are installed; if you turn this category on, your permission is ready for when they are activated. Example: seeing an ACERLO ad after visiting the pallets page.

Functionality Cookies
These support the Google map with our location on the home page. Google sets its own cookies when the map loads. If you turn this category off, the map no longer loads and a link to open it in Google Maps appears instead. Cookies Google has already set live on its domain, where the browser does not allow us to delete them: they stop renewing and expire on their own. Example: seeing on the map how to reach our facility in Santa Catarina.
| Name | Provider / Domain | Expiration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
NID | Google LLC .google.com | 6 months | Set by the embedded Google map with our location; it remembers preferences such as the map language. |
Unclassified Cookies
Cookies we are still reviewing before assigning them to a category. If a new one appears, we list it here before classifying it, so there is never a cookie you cannot see.
