Terms and Conditions
Rules for using this website and general conditions for quoting, ordering, and receiving our products.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the website acerlo.com.mx or requesting a quote, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Who we are
ACERLO manufactures Stiropallets, converts corrugated plastic, and supplies woven polypropylene bags and sacks from Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. We sell to companies and industrial operations. Contact: ventas@acerlo.com.mx and +52 81 4006 3055.
3. Use of the website
The website is informational and is meant for learning about our products and requesting a quote. You agree to use it lawfully, without interfering with its operation, without attempting to access restricted areas, and without submitting false information or third-party data without permission.
We may modify, suspend, or remove any content or feature of the website at any time without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The ACERLO name, the Stiropallet brand, logos, text, photographs, designs, and other contents of this website are the property of ACERLO or are used with permission from their owners. You may consult them to evaluate our products. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without our written authorization is prohibited.
5. Product information
Published dimensions, capacities, materials, and other specifications are for reference and may change without notice due to product improvements or raw material availability. Photographs are illustrative. The specification that applies to each order is the one confirmed in writing in the quote.
Tools on this website, such as the freight savings calculator, provide estimates based on the data you enter and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of results.
6. Quotes
Submitting the form creates no obligation to buy or to sell. Every quote is informational until ACERLO confirms it in writing, is valid for the period stated in it, and may be subject to verification of stock, minimum quantities, and delivery conditions.
7. Orders, prices, and payment
An order becomes firm when ACERLO confirms it in writing and, where applicable, the agreed advance payment is received. Prices are stated in Mexican pesos unless the quote indicates another currency, exclude taxes and freight unless stated otherwise, and may be adjusted if raw material costs change before the order is confirmed. Payment terms are those agreed in each quote.
Custom-made products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified without the agreement of both parties.
8. Deliveries
The delivery times we publish or quote are estimates and are counted from order confirmation. They depend on raw material availability, volume, and destination. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them, but a delay due to causes beyond ACERLO's control (transportation, weather, customs, acts of God, or force majeure) does not give rise to penalties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the agreed location. Please inspect the product on receipt and report any discrepancy or damage within the following five business days, with photographic evidence.
9. Warranty and returns
We warrant that the products match the specification confirmed in the quote and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, use other than as indicated, overloading, improper storage, or modifications made by the customer. If a claim is valid, ACERLO will replace or repair the defective product, or refund its price, at its option.
Returns of custom-made products are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects. Any return requires prior written authorization.
10. Limitation of liability
ACERLO's liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of the product that gave rise to the claim. ACERLO is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profit, or for the customer's use of the products outside the confirmed specifications.
11. Privacy and cookies
The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy notice, and the use of cookies by our cookie policy.
12. Third-party links
The website may include links to or services from third parties, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp. We do not control those sites or their policies and are not responsible for their content or operation.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its month and year of update at the top. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force on their confirmation date.
