How much does a Stiropallet weigh?
9.9 lb (4.5 kg) in the standard 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in (100 × 120 × 13.5 cm) size. A wood pallet of the same size weighs 33 to 55 lb (15 to 25 kg).
What load capacity does it have?
Up to 4,400 lb (2,000 kg) static and 1,760 lb (800 kg) dynamic.
Does the pallet need fumigation to be imported into the United States?
No. ISPM 15 applies only to wood packaging, so the Stiropallet requires no heat treatment, fumigation, or stamp.
Is it suitable for food and pharmaceutical products?
Yes. The surface is non-porous and water-resistant, with no splinters or nails. It is used in food, pharmaceutical, electronics, and international logistics operations.
Do you sell corrugated plastic in rolls and sheets?
Yes. Rolls wrap cable reels and aluminum and steel coils from 3 to 20 metric tons. Sheets are converted into boxes, covers, and dunnage.
What thicknesses and sizes are available?
Thickness and size depend on your application. Request a quote with your coil or box dimensions.
Can corrugated plastic be printed?
We supply unprinted sheets. If you need product markings, we review them as part of your quote.
Does corrugated plastic hold up to moisture?
Yes. Polypropylene does not absorb water or warp in humid conditions, which is why it replaces cardboard in warehouses and cold storage.
Do you make custom dunnage for my product?
Yes. We die-cut and assemble corrugated plastic dunnage, boxes, and parts to the dimensions of your product and pallet.
Is the dunnage returnable?
Yes. Corrugated plastic withstands moisture and repeated use, so the dunnage returns to your line instead of being thrown away.
What do you need to quote dunnage?
Your product or box dimensions, monthly volume, and whether the dunnage will be returnable. A drawing or photo speeds up the quote.
Does it work for auto parts and glass?
Yes. Dunnage keeps parts from scratching or striking each other in transit.
What are woven polypropylene bags and sacks used for?
They hold bulk materials and protect them from dust and moisture in storage and transit. Sizes are made to fit your product.
Do you make bulk bags (FIBCs)?
No. We focus on woven polypropylene bags and sacks. Bulk bags require a different certification.
Are the bags made to size?
Yes. We customize the size: up to 72 in (1.83 m) wide, in the length you need.
What do the bags protect against?
Dust and splashes during storage and transit. For extended outdoor exposure, tell us the application and we will recommend the right material.
