Do you sell corrugated plastic in rolls and sheets?
Yes. Rolls wrap cable reels and aluminum and steel coils from 3 to 20 metric tons. Sheets are converted into boxes, covers, and dunnage.
What thicknesses and sizes do you carry?
Thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm and basis weights from 350 to 1,300 g/m². The standard sheet is 48 × 96 in (1.22 × 2.44 m). The thickness tables show every available combination.
Does corrugated plastic hold up to moisture?
Yes. Polypropylene does not absorb water or warp in humid conditions, which is why it replaces cardboard in warehouses and cold storage.
Is the dunnage returnable?
Yes. Corrugated plastic withstands moisture and repeated use, so the dunnage returns to your production line instead of being thrown away.
Do you make dunnage to the size of my product?
Yes. Dunnage, boxes, and parts are die-cut to your product dimensions, taking into account your pallet and packing layout.
Can corrugated plastic be printed?
We supply unprinted sheets. Product markings are reviewed during the quote, based on application and volume.
