Why a 24x36 corrugated plastic board outlasts cardboard
A 24x36 corrugated plastic board is a polypropylene panel cut from a larger sheet for signs, inserts or box parts. ACERLO starts from the standard 4 × 8 ft sheet (48 × 96 in) and cuts it to 24 × 36 in at its plant in Santa Catarina.
Corrugated polypropylene does not absorb water and does not warp with humidity. It resists abrasion without marking the material, and the same board can be reused trip after trip.
