What 4x8 corrugated plastic sheets solve on the shipping floor
Cardboard soaks up moisture and collapses after a few trips. 4x8 corrugated plastic sheets are polypropylene, so they do not warp with humidity and go back into use trip after trip.
Each sheet measures 48 × 96 in, the US equivalent of 1.22 × 2.44 m. One pallet carries 160 to 500 sheets, depending on gauge. Thickness goes from 2 to 6 mm.
