4x8 corrugated plastic sheets cut into the part you need
A 4x8 corrugated plastic sheet is the standard 1.22 × 2.44 m board, 4 × 8 ft or 48 × 96 in. ACERLO supplies it in thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm and cuts it to the size your packaging needs.
One pallet holds 160 to 500 sheets, depending on the gauge. The polypropylene does not absorb water, so the sheets keep their shape in cold rooms and humid warehouses.
Each 4x8 corrugated plastic sheet can be die-cut and assembled into dividers or boxes in Santa Catarina. Delivery reaches your US plant in 5 to 10 days.
