ACERLO stocks 4x8 sheet corrugated plastic in polypropylene, a full 48 × 96 in blank for boxes, dividers and protective parts. The sheet does not absorb water, so it holds its shape in humid storage.
Thickness runs from 2 to 6 mm and weight from 350 to 1,300 g/m². The gauge depends on how heavy your product is.
At the Santa Catarina plant, the sheet is cut, die-cut and assembled into the exact shape of your part. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days near Monterrey and 5 to 10 days to the United States.
