Brand new plastic pallets from ACERLO come straight off the thermoforming line in Santa Catarina. The EPS surface is smooth, hygienic and non-porous, with no splinters, nails or pests.
The pallet does not absorb moisture, so it keeps its weight in the rainy season. It resists water, cleans easily and is reusable.
Stiropallet weighs 9.9 lb, while a wood pallet of the same size weighs 33 to 55 lb. Request brand new plastic pallets by form, phone or WhatsApp, and delivery to the US takes 5 to 10 days.

They are thermoformed in EPS at our plant in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, in the Monterrey metro area.
What size are brand new plastic pallets?
The standard size is 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in (100 × 120 × 13.5 cm).
Can brand new plastic pallets go in racks?
Yes. Stiropallet is suitable for racks and is reusable.
Do brand new plastic pallets need treatment for export?
No. Stiropallet meets ISPM 15 without heat treatment, fumigation or stamp, so brand new plastic pallets cross the border without phytosanitary paperwork.
How are brand new plastic pallets priced?
Prices are quoted by volume and destination. Freight depends on weight, so a 9.9 lb pallet costs less to ship than a wood pallet of 33 to 55 lb.
