Corrugated Plastic Advantages

Parts that arrive without scratches, with bulk dunnage

Loose parts in a container rub against each other and arrive marked. ACERLO builds bulk dunnage from corrugated polypropylene, die-cut and assembled in its Santa Catarina plant to hold each piece in place.

Corrugated polypropylene does not absorb water or warp with humidity, and it resists abrasion without marking the material. Automotive, HVAC and glass plants use these dividers for components and auto parts.

Returnable bulk dunnage goes back to the production line and is reused trip after trip. A drawing or a photo speeds up the quote, together with the part size, monthly quantity and destination.
