Corregated plastic board for reusable packaging
Corregated plastic board is polypropylene that does not absorb water or warp with humidity. It is reused trip after trip, which lets it replace cardboard in warehouses and cold rooms.
ACERLO supplies it in sheets and rolls from 2 to 6 mm thick. The standard sheet is 4 × 8 ft, and 160 to 500 sheets fit on one pallet depending on gauge.
The plant in Santa Catarina cuts and die-cuts the board into boxes, dividers and parts. A drawing or photo speeds up your quote, and the formal proposal arrives by email.

Is corregated plastic board available in rolls?
Yes. Besides sheets, ACERLO supplies rolls that wrap cable, aluminum and steel coils of 3 to 20 tons in transit.
How fast does corregated plastic board ship to the United States?
Delivery to the United States takes 5 to 10 days, to your plant. Pickup at the Santa Catarina warehouse is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment.
