Corrugate plastic for moisture, abrasion and returnable packaging
Corrugate plastic is corrugated polypropylene, and ACERLO converts it into dunnage, including class A dunnage for painted or finished surfaces. Top-load dunnage and dunnage by volume are also available.
ACERLO supplies it in sheet and in roll, with thickness from 2 to 6 mm and weights from 350 to 1,300 g/m². The roll wraps cable, aluminum and steel coils of 3 to 20 tons during transit.
In Santa Catarina, the plant cuts, die-cuts and assembles dividers, boxes and pieces to the exact shape of your product. Returnable dividers go back to your line, and US orders arrive in 5 to 10 days.
