Corrugated plastic containers that protect each part
Corrugated plastic containers are boxes and industrial crates made from corrugated polypropylene, with internal divisions shaped around the part. Automotive dividers prevent scratches and dents on auto parts, and HVAC dividers hold components in place.
ACERLO builds industrial crates on a 1200 × 1000 mm base (47.2 × 39.4 in): the low H15, H25 and H40 models and the tall H100 at 1,000 mm. Each one carries 250 to 700 kg, with custom dimensions, internal divisions, plastic colors and logo or marking.
These corrugated plastic containers are returnable, so the dividers go back to the production line after each trip. Send a drawing or photo of the part, and the formal proposal arrives by email; delivery to the United States takes 5 to 10 days.
