Corrugated polypropylene panels made for your production line
ACERLO cuts corrugated polypropylene panels from the standard 4 × 8 ft sheet at our Santa Catarina plant. Each panel can be die-cut and assembled into dividers, boxes or parts with the shape of your product.
The panels come from 2 to 6 mm thick, with basis weights from 350 to 1,300 g/m². The gauge is chosen by the weight of your product, so a light part and a heavy part get different panels.
Corrugated polypropylene panels also serve marble and construction suppliers as protection for finished surfaces. Delivery to the United States takes 5 to 10 days, with the formal quote sent by email.
