Large sheets of corrugated plastic for boxes and dunnage
Large sheets of corrugated plastic start at the standard 4 × 8 ft (48 × 96 in) size. From that sheet, ACERLO cuts boxes, dividers and dunnage with the exact shape of your product.
A pallet carries 160 to 500 sheets depending on gauge, which runs from 2 to 6 mm. For coil loads, the same material in rolls wraps coils of 3 to 20 tons of cable, aluminum and steel.
Marble and construction plants use large sheets of corrugated plastic to cover finished surfaces. Top-load dunnage and dunnage by volume are also available, delivered to US plants in 5 to 10 days.
