The pallet plastic option from ACERLO is the Stiropallet, thermoformed in EPS at our plant in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. Air freight is billed by weight, so less pallet weight means less freight cost.
A standard Stiropallet measures 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in and weighs 9.9 lb. A wood pallet of the same size weighs 33 to 55 lb, and the Stiropallet keeps its weight in the rainy season because it does not absorb moisture.

Does pallet plastic need ISPM 15 treatment?
No. Pallet plastic from ACERLO meets ISPM 15 without heat treatment, fumigation or stamp, since those requirements apply only to wood.
What load can pallet plastic carry?
Up to 4,400 lb static and 1,760 lb dynamic load in the standard size.
Is pallet plastic suitable for beverages?
Yes. Stiropallet is suitable for beverages, and its surface is water resistant and easy to clean.
What does pallet plastic cost?
Prices are quoted by volume and destination. Cost depends on the quantity, the freight to your plant and the pallet weight, and Stiropallet needs no ISPM 15 treatment.
