Plast pallet load capacity and weight
The plast pallet ACERLO makes is Stiropallet, thermoformed in EPS in Santa Catarina. In the standard 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in size it carries up to 4,400 lb static and 1,760 lb dynamic.
That load capacity comes in a pallet that weighs 9.9 lb, while a wood pallet of the same size weighs 33 to 55 lb. It is reinforced, reusable and ready for racks.
The surface is smooth and non-porous and does not absorb moisture, which suits food, pharmaceutical and electronics plants. Every plast pallet meets ISPM 15 without fumigation or stamp for export.
