Plastic corrugate for dividers, boxes and coil wrap
Plastic corrugate is a corrugated polypropylene board that ACERLO distributes and transforms near Monterrey. Each piece is cut or die-cut to the exact shape of the part it protects.
Thickness runs from 2 to 6 mm and weight from 350 to 1,300 g/m², chosen by product weight. Automotive plants use it for auto part dividers that prevent scratches and dents, and HVAC plants use it for component dividers.
Plastic corrugate resists water and abrasion, so returnable dividers come back to the production line for another trip. Orders ship to the United States in 5 to 10 days and to the Monterrey area in 3 to 5 days.

Is plastic corrugate the same as coroplast?
Yes. Both names refer to corrugated polypropylene, sold in sheet and roll.
What industries use plastic corrugate?
Steel and aluminum (roll for coils), cable (covers for reels), HVAC (component dividers), automotive (auto part dividers), and marble and construction (sheet for finished surfaces). Glass is another application.
Does plastic corrugate come in rolls?
Yes. Plastic corrugate rolls wrap cable, aluminum and steel coils of 3 to 20 metric tons during transit.
Can plastic corrugate protect finished surfaces?
Yes. It resists abrasion without marking the material, and Class A dunnage is available for painted or finished surfaces.
How many sheets of plastic corrugate fit on a pallet?
