What plastic industrial pallets fix on the plant floor
Wood pallets bring splinters, nails and pests into a production area, and they absorb moisture in the rainy season. ACERLO's plastic industrial pallets are thermoformed in EPS with a smooth, hygienic surface that does not absorb moisture and keeps its weight when it rains. They are water resistant and easy to clean.
The standard Stiropallet is reinforced and rated for 1,760 lb dynamic load at 39.4 × 47.2 in. It works on racks, it is reusable and it is used for beverages, food, pharmaceuticals and electronics. Plants that do not accept wood pallets can use it.
ACERLO manufactures plastic industrial pallets in Santa Catarina, near Monterrey, and can quote them on one order with corrugated plastic and woven bags. Delivery reaches US plants in 5 to 10 days. Pickup at the warehouse is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment.
