A plastic pallet that ships to the US without ISPM 15 treatment
ISPM 15 rules for heat treatment, fumigation and stamping apply only to wood. A Stiropallet plastic pallet is made of thermoformed EPS, so it meets ISPM 15 without any treatment and needs no phytosanitary paperwork at the border.
The standard size is 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in, and it weighs 9.9 lb. A wood pallet of the same size weighs 33 to 55 lb, and air freight is billed by weight: less weight, less freight.

Does a plastic pallet need ISPM 15 heat treatment?
No. Heat treatment, fumigation and the ISPM 15 stamp apply only to wood, and the Stiropallet meets ISPM 15 without them.
How much weight can a plastic pallet from ACERLO carry?
The standard 39.4 × 47.2 in Stiropallet holds up to 4,400 lb static load and 1,760 lb dynamic load.
How much does a plastic pallet cost?
Prices are quoted by volume and destination. Cost depends on quantity and freight to your plant, and a plastic pallet at 9.9 lb also skips the ISPM 15 treatment that wood requires.
