Plastic pallets for food plants that do not accept wood
Plastic pallets for food keep wood out of plants with hygiene rules. Stiropallet has a smooth, hygienic, non-porous surface with no splinters, nails or pests. It is water resistant and easy to clean.
The pallet does not absorb moisture, so it keeps its weight in the rainy season. At 9.9 lb, it carries up to 4,400 lb static and 1,760 lb dynamic load in the standard 39.4 × 47.2 in size. A wood pallet of that size weighs 33 to 55 lb.
ACERLO thermoforms each pallet in EPS at its Santa Catarina plant, near Monterrey. Exports go out with no fumigation, heat treatment or ISPM 15 stamp, and delivery to US plants takes 5 to 10 days.
