A poly pallet that crosses the border without fumigation
A poly pallet from ACERLO is the Stiropallet, thermoformed in EPS at the Santa Catarina plant. It needs no heat treatment, fumigation or stamp, because ISPM 15 requirements apply only to wood. There is no phytosanitary paperwork at the border.
In the standard 39.4 × 47.2 × 5.3 in size, the pallet weighs 9.9 lb. It holds up to 4,400 lb static and 1,760 lb dynamic load and works on racks.
The surface is smooth and non-porous, with no splinters, nails or pests, and it does not absorb moisture. That keeps the pallet reusable and easy to clean for food, pharmaceutical and electronics plants. Delivery to the United States takes 5 to 10 days.
