PVC corrugated sheets: the polypropylene option ACERLO offers
PVC corrugated sheets are a material ACERLO does not manufacture, stock or distribute. ACERLO works with corrugated polypropylene, which it supplies in sheets and rolls and converts into boxes, dividers and dunnage.
Corrugated polypropylene does not absorb water and does not warp with humidity. It resists abrasion without marking the material, which matters for dunnage around painted or finished parts.
Thickness goes from 2 to 6 mm, and the gauge is chosen by product weight. Orders reach the United States in 5 to 10 days, delivered to your plant.

No. ACERLO does not sell PVC corrugated sheets. It supplies corrugated polypropylene for packaging.
What does ACERLO offer in place of PVC corrugated sheets for dunnage?
Corrugated polypropylene dunnage, including class A dunnage for painted or finished surfaces, dunnage by volume and top-load dunnage.
Can the polypropylene alternative to PVC corrugated sheets be die-cut?
Yes. The Santa Catarina plant cuts, die-cuts and assembles dividers, boxes and parts with the exact shape of the product.
Is the alternative to PVC corrugated sheets reusable?
Yes. Corrugated polypropylene is reused trip after trip, and returnable dividers go back to the production line.
What sheet size replaces PVC corrugated sheets at ACERLO?
The standard polypropylene sheet measures 1.22 × 2.44 m, or 4 × 8 ft. In place of PVC corrugated sheets, ACERLO can cut it to the size of your part.
