Reusable industrial containers that hold up to moisture and repeat trips
Reusable industrial containers replace cardboard boxes that soften in cold rooms and get thrown out after one trip. ACERLO builds them from corrugated polypropylene, a material that does not absorb water or warp with humidity.
The containers sit on a 1200 × 1000 mm base and come in four models: H15, H25 and H40 are low, and H100 is tall at 1,000 mm. Depending on the model, they carry 250 to 700 kg (551 to 1,543 lb). Internal dividers keep each part in its place.
Each unit is made to order in Santa Catarina, near Monterrey, with your dimensions, internal divisions, plastic color and logo or marking. Send your part size, monthly quantity and destination, and the formal quote arrives by email. Delivery to your plant in the United States takes 5 to 10 days.
