Corrugated Plastic Advantages

Top Loading Dunnage vs. Cardboard

Cardboard absorbs water and tears. Corrugated plastic withstands moisture and rough handling on the plant floor, and it comes back for the next shipment.

Top loading dunnage that keeps every part in its own cell

Top loading dunnage lets operators place parts into a container from above and pick them out the same way at the line. ACERLO builds it from corrugated polypropylene, with dividers cut to the exact form of the part.

Corrugated polypropylene does not absorb water or warp with humidity, so the cells hold their shape in cold rooms and warehouses. For automotive parts, the dividers help prevent scratches and dents, and Class A dunnage is available for painted or finished surfaces.

The dividers are returnable and go back to the production line trip after trip. To quote top loading dunnage, send the part dimensions, the monthly volume and the destination; a drawing or photo speeds up the quote.
